Here’s the outline of where Xur can be found in Destiny 2, what exotic items he has on sale on January 1st and whether it’s worth the shards.
The last week of The Dawning’s seasonal gathering has arrived as community racing completes the final step of the Dawning Spirits mission. With a community-wide goal of 1,000,000,000 liquor earned during the event, players fell off the projected track and were in danger of failing the limited time mode. Fortunately, Bungie made a change to triple the amount players could earn, and now the community is back on track with just a few days to go.
In addition to The Dawning, the Deep Stone Crypt attack continues to face new challenges for players to overcome at every reset. This raid also seems to be incredibly popular among players and has seen a large number of players try it since their arrival. In fact, one group called The Tracker Network was able to compile the data to determine the most popular weapons used during the raid, with the exotic sword Lament leading all equipment, followed by the Heritage rifle, Falling Guillotine sword, Xenopage and Ikelos SMG leader that list.

Even with a new year now here, Xur kept his intention to continue to visit Destiny 2 every weekend to bring exotic items for sale. Follow this guide for his location, news about his exotic cypress search, as well as an overview of what he is currently selling for the weekend of January 1, 2021.
Where’s Xur?
Over this weekend, players must head to Watcher’s Grave on Nessus to find the dealer against the massive tree to the back of the zone.
From the director, go to Nessus and load it into Watcher’s Grave. Run to the back of the zone where a massive tree is found. Jump up until players find the large branch where the dealer hangs out.
Class Armor and Exotic Cypher
Although Xur’s role was essentially the same as before the Beyond Light expansion, the exotic dealer also has weekly tasks that players can acquire to unlock an exotic cypher. Not only is it necessary to buy a second lot, but it is also necessary to obtain exotic equipment from the new kiosk. Players can earn a new figure by completing strikes and winning crucible or gambit matches. Get bonus points to play with family members or to complete challenging activities.

Astrocyte Verse – Warlock Helmet

The Bombardiers – Hunter Armor
This week’s latest exotic article is The Bombardiers, which was originally added to the game during the Season of the Dawn. These exotic boots come with the fringe benefit called Parting gift which leaves an explosive with a short fuse after evasion.
After all, The Bombardiers are not a must. While there are much better class exotics out there for Hunters, it remains a fun option to play with. Collectors will no doubt want to pick it up, but for everyone else, your mileage may differ by what you get from it.

Eye Eye Mask – Titanium Helmet
At one point, the One-Eyed Mask made Titan players a dreaded warrior in the game’s PvP mode. It was the exotic choice, thanks to the lovers who offered it to the wearer, but the item was finally indignant in 2019 and makes Hunters and Warlocks pretty happy. While still a very strong PvP-oriented exotic, it is certainly not the item it used to be. After all, it’s definitely worth picking up for players who do not have it or want a better role.
The reason why this item is a wonderful crucible is due to the revenge of the product. Any enemy that damages the carrier is highlighted and if the player can kill the marked player, he gets an ear shield.

Exotic weapon
Merciless is a heavy weapon with a high damage output, especially against a single target. It’s a great choice, regardless of the mode, though Nightfalls and Strikes make it a powerful choice. While it was once a safe choice among fans, players who want a little more money can actually opt for weapons like the Jotunn, which is not a power weapon and also a little watchful.
Conserve Momentum continuously loads the weapon faster when players get non-lethal hits, and the cycle is reset once the final kill is reached. Link this to the other benefit, Impetus, that players suffer greater damage for a short time after being quickly reloaded after a murder.
