ZDnet journalist Mary Jo Foley claims that the game-oriented virtual event will take place “in the coming weeks”, in addition to Microsoft’s annual Build conference, which is confirmed to take place in May.
Since Build is a developer-focused event, it’s likely that any game window will focus on the platform itself rather than on games, but Foley notes that it stands apart from the developer-focused Game Stack that was even listed in April.
