The launch of the Xbox Series X and Series S has been hard to find since its launch, but sporadic inventory provided opportunities throughout December to acquire one of the next-generation consoles. New consoles always sell out fast, but with a little luck you can find them in stock at a retailer like GameStop, Walmart, Best Buy, or even directly from Microsoft. The Xbox Series X remains harder to find than the Series S, as the cheaper Series S did not sell out as quickly as it reappeared.
If any retailers announce reload times for the Xbox Series X or S in the coming weeks, we’ll include the details here. Meanwhile, this is what we know about the availability of Xbox Series X at GameStop, Walmart, Best Buy and more. The most recent stock estimated the shipment well after the holidays. Keep this in mind, as it will probably not be delivered on time for Christmas unless you pick it up at the store. It may take a few weeks in the new year before you have the system in your hands.
Where to get the Xbox Series X | S for sale
Xbox Series X available at GameStop
We do not know when you will be able to buy an Xbox Series X again at GameStop. Recent stock footage at GameStop has focused primarily on bundles for both Series X and Series S, although some stand-alone consoles have been available.
Xbox Series X Available at Best Buy
We do not know when you will be able to buy an Xbox Series X from Best Buy again.
Best Buy has confirmed that it will have no Xbox Series X or Series S units in brick stores until 2021, and the store told GameSpot the Xbox Series X / S will be on sale at BestBuy.com when units are available. We’ve seen next-generation consoles appear on Best Buy’s website without much warning. The Xbox Series S is available from the morning of Monday, December 28th.
Xbox Series X Available at Walmart
We do not know when you will be able to buy an Xbox Series X from Walmart again. Walmart’s latest inventory took place a week before Christmas and was handled better than previous inventory at the retailer. Walmart, as usual, set a set time, but this time the retailer let the sales disappear over a wider window, which the website looked like.
Xbox Series X Available at Amazon
We do not know when you will be able to buy an Xbox Series X from Amazon again.
Amazon has very little Xbox Series X | S stock had since the consoles first launched on November 10, and there is no word on a stock again in the near future. Amazon’s offers even say, “We do not know when and if it will be back in stock.”
Xbox X Series availability at Target
We do not know when you will be able to purchase an Xbox Series X from Target again. Target had consoles in stock during Black Friday, but the retailer was mostly silent throughout December.
Xbox Series X available from other retailers
Electronics store Newegg said on Twitter that he will get more Xbox Series X stock in December, but no specific re-application date has been given. Newegg usually announces the stock on Xbox again – sometimes just ten minutes in advance – so this’s a great way to follow on Twitter.
We’ve seen sporadic stock in the Microsoft Store, but it’s never been announced before. The latest Xbox stock in Microsoft’s own store was on December 8th.
If you miss stock at the big retailers, there are many units available for retailers like StockX, but willing to pay more than the price tag. At the moment, buyers are asking around $ 380 for the Series S and $ 620 for the Series X. If you are buying from a retailer, make sure the Xbox console you get has the right type of plug for your region.
Xbox Series X | S-accessories
The great thing about Xbox Series X accessories is that the vast majority of products that are compatible with Xbox One also work with the Series X and S, including headsets and controllers.
New Xbox Wireless Controllers released with the Xbox Series X and Series S are available in Carbon Black, Robot White and Shock Blue. They have a more ergonomic design; texture grips on the bumpers, triggers and backpack; and an Elite Controller-inspired hybrid D-pad for improved precision. The updated controllers also have a new integrated Share button to capture and record game moments.
Xbox Series X | S-Games and Game Pass Subscription
Microsoft is striving for its next-generation Xbox Game Pass subscription, which offers monthly access to a massive, rotating library of games, including the ability to play first-party games like Halo Infinite on the first day. New subscribers can register for $ 1 for their first Game Pass Ultimate month – do so before taking advantage of the Game Pass offers online. You will also receive an extra month of Game Pass Ultimate for free if you enable recurring billing (this must be disabled before using a code to receive the request).
