Xbox Series X and Series S Re-stock: Now Available at Microsoft

Updated March 1, 2021 13:49 ET: The Xbox Series X has been sold out in the Microsoft Store for the time being. But the Xbox Series S and Series S-bundle are still available from Microsoft and Antonline respectively.

If you’ve struggling to find an Xbox Series X or Series S, you have another chance to buy one. Microsoft’s direct website has re-launched both its next-generation consoles, the Xbox Series X and Series S. Like some other game articles released late last year, these consoles are very difficult to buy, but if you move fast, you can grab one right now.

Xbox Series X / S

The Xbox Series X is Microsoft’s flagship console, serving as the most powerful (and largest) option at $ 499.99. While the $ 299.99 Series S is aimed at smooth 1440p performance, the Series X is focused on fast 4K gaming.

If you’re not yet in the Xbox console family, Antonline has a fascinating bundle for the S Series.

If you’re securing any console and wondering what to buy next, you may want to think about what games your library can add. One of the most popular titles currently available on Xbox is Yakuza: Like a Dragon. Of course, if you want to get a lot of money for your money, I suggest you buy a subscription to Xbox Game Pass for console or Game Pass Ultimate. But I highly recommend Xbox Game Pass Ultimate because it has additional benefits, especially a membership for Xbox Live Gold.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (three month subscription)

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is a subscription that combines Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold into one package. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers also have access to Microsoft’s cloud game service xCloud, which is only compatible with Android devices.

I advise you to buy an extra controller if you are playing a game with a local cooperative with a friend or family member. In terms of extra storage, both consoles have quite limited storage: 512 GB on the Series S, 1 TB on the X. You can buy an SSD expansion card that is only available in 1 TB, and it is very expensive and costs $ 220 .

If you plan to download some older games that do not utilize next-generation hardware and do not want to deplete your limited SSD storage, you can use an external hard drive.

Microsoft’s new Xbox controller has a Share button and a USB-C charging port if you use the optional rechargeable battery.

Seagate’s expansion NVMe SSD is the device you’ll need to grow your Xbox Series X / S game collection. Unlike standard USB drives, it’s fast enough to run all the latest games.
