Xbox Insider teases two ‘big’ unannounced Xbox Series X games

A prominent Xbox insider teased that Xbox Game Studios has not one, but two “big” unannounced games that will be released this year. Unfortunately, the details of these two puzzle games end, at least details of the striking variety. As for the report, it comes in the way of Jez Corden of Window Central, who claimed during a recent episode of the Xbox Two podcast that Xbox Game Studios plans to release ‘at least’ two ‘big games’ this year. not announced.

Currently, Xbox Game Studios has both Halo Infinite and Psigonaute 2 the release of this year. The former is currently scheduled to release this holiday season sometime, while the latter has an even wider “2021” release window. In addition, it has several games with ‘TBA’ release dates, such as Age of Empires IV, As Dusk Falls, Everwild, Fable 4, Hellblade 2, Forza Motorsport 8, Perfect Dark, Project Mara, State of maturity 3, and various Bethesda games. Of course, some of these may print this year, but these are announced games and therefore do not fit the bill.

Again, Corden does not even give an indication of what these games might be, but it is quite possible that a new one could be Forza Horizon, about which there are rumors this year. Meanwhile, the other match could be Wolfenstein III, which we know is in development but has not yet been announced, but it should be close yet.

Although these are two guesses, it is unclear what the two games could be different, especially since Corden identifies them as ‘big games’. Of course, ‘big’ is subjective, but there is no reason to think that Corden is extending the term. The thing is, big games are rarely announced and released in the same year. Not only Force do it all the time, but Bethesda is one of the few who follows this approach, and sometimes gives weight to the speculation above.

First, take everything here with a grain of salt, as it ranges from unofficial to downright speculative. Although Corden is usually quite reliable, everything here is vague and of course subject to change.
