Xbox Game Pass will soon lose a beloved RPG

It’s been a solid last month for the Xbox Game Pass as a whole. After receiving new titles in What’s left of Edith Finch, Torch III, en Wrong 2 to name a few, the service will now shake off a few games as we begin February. In particular, one of these games can be a hassle for those who like the RPG genre.

The new list of games starting to leave Xbox Game Pass in early February has now been launched. A total of five titles will leave the entry service in the coming weeks, one of which is that of Final Fantasy XV. Previously, Square Enix’s latest numbered entry in the long-running RPG series was available on both console and computer versions of Xbox Game Pass, but it’s finally ending.

If you’re a Final Fantasy fan and would like to hear about the development, this is not bad. Xbox has already announced that it plans to bring more Final Fantasy games to Game Pass in the course of 2021. For now, we do not know exactly when these other episodes in the series will arrive, but we should start hearing more soon.

As for the other four games soon to be released from Xbox Game Pass, this is a series that has quite a bit of genre-type diversity. Indivisible, Fishing Sim World: Pro Tour, en Sea salt everyone leaves Game Pass for PC and console next door Final Fantasy XV. Lastly Devolver Digital’s Gray will be the last match that comes out at this door on the way to the door. Unlike all the other games mentioned here, Gray was only available for the PC segment of Game Pass.

Fortunately, if you’re sad to hear that these games are on the way, you still have time to play each one of them. These changes will not take effect until two weeks from today, 1 February 2021. So if you want to give it a try before that time, you can jump in right away.

As for the future of Xbox Game Pass, we should start hearing more about the titles coming to the service soon. Up to that point, you can keep track of all our ongoing coverage regarding the platform here.
