Xbox Game Pass adds its first games of 2021

Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers to Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC have their first new games of 2021. Today, Microsoft announced three new games joining the Game Pass library: Wrong 2, Die Klein Akker, en eFootball PES 2021. Unfortunately, this is now the scope of the new additions, and depending on what platform you are on or an entry level, all three may not even be playable.

The first of the three matches, Wrong 2, is available on both console and computers. This means that whether you’re on Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S or PC, you can now start playing the game via Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate. Meanwhile, the other two games are only added to the console version of the subscription service.

At the time of publication, it is unclear how long any of the three games will be added. Microsoft never discloses this information, and this time is no exception. None of the three games appear like Xbox Game Studios, which means that none of them should be permanent additions. In other words, if you want to provoke something, you have to investigate it sooner rather than later.

PES 2021 is a significant addition for those who like a good football simulation, but for the rest of the subscribers, Wrong 2 is probably the most striking game of this trio. What’s interesting about adding it is that it’s a few years old at this point, which is why some fans of the industry think it might be a hint that a Wrong 3 announcement is around the corner. That said, these are just a few observational speculations.
