World’s End Club was announced last night on Nintendo Direct and is an interesting prospect for fans of Danganronpa and Zero Escape, and not just because the team behind it worked on those games.
Although we do not have much information about the upcoming match, we do know it is about a group of 12-year-olds called the Go-Getters Club, who are trapped in a strange underwater theme park and forced to survive in ‘ a “Fate Game” by a sadistic clown. Honestly, if it does not honk your horn of excitement, what will you do?
Two special physical editions of the game are in the works: the Deluxe Edition, which comes with a mini art book, a soundtrack sampler, and a reversible cover; and the $ 80 (£ 57) Limited Edition, which gives you a complete art book, the full soundtrack, an acrylic standard of the protagonist Reycho riding the carousel, and an enamel pen of the Club Leader Badge emblem get.
The Deluxe Edition will be available “at all major participating retailers” according to NIS America, but the Limited Edition is only available through their website. Pre-orders can now be placed, but will not be shipped until the game is released on May 28th.
