WNBA Star Candace Parker upgrades to new modern farmhouse

Back in 2018, professional basketball superstar Candace Parker and her ex-husband, Sheldon Williams, sold their wedding home in Encino for $ 3.8 million, dividing the profits and doing their separate real estate. But the WNBA baller bounced back nicely; earlier this month, she raised $ 4 million for a larger, newer and generally more impressive property in the neighboring San Fernando Valley community of Tarzana.

The estate, built almost half an acre, on speculation by a local developer, is located in a quiet street behind high orange gates. The substantial highway has room for at least half a dozen cars, and there is a garage with three cars for extra parking, plus grass grass and native scenery to break up the concrete forest.
