With no medicines available, Paraguay’s sanitary system collapses in front of COVID-19

No vacancies or basic pharmacies to combat the COVID-19, the main public hospitals of Paraguay are collapsing these markets and is able to receive patients in intensive care units, at the time the doctors in the country are soliciting that a total quarantine of two weeks be decreed to release the contagios.

Private sanatoriums have only a handful of rooms available that are 78 open to the public, although these are likely to be used by patients.
