Disney’s streaming service now supports bundling with ESPN + and the ad-free version of sister service Hulu.

Disney +, initially announced at Disney’s Investor Day rally in December, now offers the option to include Hulu’s premium level with ESPN + for $ 19 a month, while the package typically costs $ 13 a month food with Hulu supported by ads. The new ad-free bundle option was launched late last week, the company told Gizmodo. Individual costs Disney + $ 7 per month, ESPN + costs $ 6 per month, and ad-supported Hulu charges $ 6 per month, which means you effectively get a third service for free by bundling the three together.

Technically, these bundle options were already available through Hulu. The company confirmed to Gizmodo in December that subscribers to bundles will be able to get ad-free Hulu from Disney + and ESPN + if they subscribe via Hulu’s website rather than the Disney service. Incoming subscribers will still have to go through Hulu if they want to include additional options in their package, such as Hulu with live TV (which also has options for ad-supported or ad-free Hulu).

However, keep in mind that these prices are changing. Starting next month, the Disney + bundle of ad-supported Hulu will raise a dollar to $ 14 a month, the company announced in December. Disney + alone will also get a $ 7 to $ 8 price increase from March 26 (and up to $ 80 per year from $ 70). There is still no official word on what the ad-free version of the bundle will cost if prices change, a spokesman told Gizmodo this week.

Even with its new pricing, however, Disney will match only one Netflix subscriber for one service according to the company’s standard plan. In terms of the best chance to make money – price increases are responsible – the Disney + bundle still offers one of the best overall options for the money. Plus, you may have heard of this a bit-famous series called The Mandalorian? I heard good things.
