  • The star (20) received a restraining order against Walter James Whaley (39) earlier this month
  • He must now stare a hundred meters away and stop any attempts at communication
  • According to legal documents, he trespassed on Smith’s property last December, but could not enter the house.
  • Police were called, but did not immediately arrest Whaley.
  • A Greyhound ticket showing him traveling from Oklahoma the day before was found when Whaley was searched by authorities
  • Smith claims that Whaley also contacted her via social media
  • According to the documentation, a private investigator also determined that Whaley is a convicted sex offender

Willow Smith received a limited order against an obsessed fan earlier this month.

The singer / actress (20) says she is being chased by Walter James Whaley (38), who according to Okzoma traveled to Los Angeles, California to stalk her, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.

He must now stay 100 meters away from her at all times and stop trying to communicate with her.

Smith’s documentation states that Whaley was able to get out on her property in California around Christmas, but did not find it inside the house.

Her personal security called police about the offender and while responding quickly, he was not arrested.

According to the doctor, police found a Greyhound bus ticket on Whaley that shows he had traveled from Oklahoma the previous day.

Security cameras were able to capture the accused sneaking through the property.

Willow – the daughter of actors Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith – said she was concerned about her safety in the legal documents and said she was afraid Whaley “would do anything possible to make physical contact with me.”

Before Smith physically chases, doctors say Whaley contacted Willow on social media, expressed his love and even said he wanted children with her.

The star also says she hired a private investigator who could discover Whaley is a convicted sex offender.

After making her debut in her father’s film I Am Legend at just seven, Willow breakout became her 2010 track Whip My Hair, which she released at the age of ten.

She is now in the middle of the Daytime Emmy-nominated interview series Red Table Talk with mom Jada and grandma Adrienne Banfield-Norris.
