Jacob Stockdale, whose family appeared on ‘Wife Swap’, allegedly tried to secure a major escape from a mental hospital before his upcoming murder trial.
Stockdale, who pleaded not guilty to the murders of his mother and brother and is on trial next month, has twice failed in his efforts to escape the institution … according to his treatment staff.
In court documents, obtained by TMZ during a hearing on Stockdale’s jurisdiction, staff noted that Stockdale’s first escape attempt took place in November 2019, when he allegedly tried to scroll through bookstores in the library of the clergy. hospital to hide, and the staff involved left behind that he tried. to find a way to leave the building.
Stockdale allegedly tried to escape again a month later … this time the staff tried to interfere with a group of people who were on their way out the door.
