A Mexican woman flew furiously and stabbed her husband when she found on his phone what she believed was a photo of him having sex with another woman. She was casual when they went out years ago.
Police last week responded to reports of a domestic dispute in the couple’s home in Cajeme, Sonora, where they discovered the man with multiple stab wounds to his arms and legs, the Daily Mail reported.
His wife, identified as Leonora A, apparently became ballistic when she found the explicit photos on his phone showing him having sex with who she thought was another woman.
Without asking him about the photos, Leonora allegedly started attacking her shocked husband, named Juan N., who eventually managed to wrestle the knife out of her hands and asked her what aroused her.
Juan then told Leonora that the woman she thought he was cheating on was actually her – when they were just dating.
His wife apparently did not recognize herself because she was younger, thinner and make-upier, according to the report.
Juan, who is expected to recover from the injuries, told investigators he told his jealous wife that he recently found the photos in an old email and transferred them to his phone.
Leonora has been arrested and remains behind bars pending charges, reports Daily Mail.
