While votes were tabled in Georgia’s two tough Senate run-off games Tuesday night, President Donald Trump predicted that election officials in the state would release a large amount of results that would overwhelm Republican candidates. And he implied that it would be an act of voter fraud.
‘They seem to be setting up a huge’ voter drop ‘against the Republican candidates. Are you waiting to see how many votes they need? ”The president tweeted just before 22:30 ET.
In reality, however, such pilot swings and releases of voting results during an election are commonplace and commonplace.
HOW ARE THEY ORDINARY?
It reflects the usual take-off and flow of a process involving the tables and the release of large amounts of results, with clues often changing hands as they are counted.
Floyd County, Georgia, a Republican stronghold where Trump previously held a rally, announced all his results in a large ballot on Tuesday around 10 p.m., showing the early returns in favor of GOP candidates Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue dropped.
The leading swing of the candidates can be especially pronounced when votes are recorded in densely populated provinces, which often favors democratic candidates.

Trump’s tweet revisits a similar unfounded allegation he made about his own loss in November to President-elect Joe Biden. Trump jumped into several battlefields on an early election day, but when the ballots were still being counted, Biden finally surpassed him.

Trump has repeatedly – and falsely – claimed that his loss of Biden was the product of widespread voter fraud. And he reserved special rage for Georgia, where the two matches were held.
During a telephone conversation with the Republican Secretary of State of Georgia – which was recorded and later leaked to the media – on Saturday, Trump repeatedly argued that the secretary, Brad Raffensperger, could change the certified results so that he would win. He also urged him to find ’11 780 votes’ that would obscure Biden’s victory.

Raffensperger repeatedly rejected Trump’s request and his office conducted several counts and narratives. Everyone confirmed Biden’s victory.
