Every year, The old guy franchise is proud of the “most dramatic” season. But the new bachelor, Matt James, hopes that is not the case with his 2021 trip. This is why and how James now feels about his experience.

James seems to be hoping for more romance than drama The old guy Season 25. In an interview with Access from January 2021, James was asked to rate his trip. Eventually, the 29-year-old broker gives his experience a positive rating because of his cast.
“They were smart, funny, everything I was looking for was there,” James said.
When asked if his season was the ‘most dramatic in the history of the Bachelor Nation’, James admitted that he did not like the drama.

“I hope not,” James said. ‘I do not want any drama to come, but I walk away from drama. But if you have a bunch of people trying to date one person, that’s inevitable. ‘
Of course, James’ remarks may not come as a surprise to some Bachelor Nation fans. Back in December 2020, host Chris Harrison teased the upcoming drama, which apparently stems from the same person.
‘Look, Matt James is a catch. If you have such a prize, there will be drama, ‘Harrison told E! News. ‘These women are strong, independent, beautiful women. They are used to getting what they want, and they want what they want. So there is going to be a lot of drama. ”

While drama is on The old guy Season 25 is inevitable. It is possible that everyone took the process more seriously this time, as the coronavirus (COVID-19) is a pandemic.
“There are a lot of different things you have to do now, so it’s like: do you really want to do yourself through it all if you are not serious or intentional about it?” James told The Hollywood Reporter in January 2021. ‘It would do a lot for someone not to be intentional about what they want. And it was reassuring. ”
James also reflected on his life during the quarantine and pointed out that he reflected on the possibility of getting engaged long before joining Bachelor Nation. He said:
The soul search began to take place throughout the quarantine because I knew I would go into a position where the end result would be an engagement. I tried to think of things in my life that kept me from getting to someone. I’ve done all this kind of thinking [for The Bachelorette], in terms of being mentally willing to be in a relationship and to be married.

Some fans of the Bachelor Nation may recall that James claims he has never been in love before. In the above interview with Access, however, the chief explained himself.
“I said those things, but the meaning for me has changed,” James said. ‘Because I know what it means to me now, to sacrifice, the respect, the communication, everything that goes into loving someone, I do not feel that I have felt it. … Love for me has changed. ”
Clearly, much has changed since James was elected The Bachelorette Season 16. But whatever happens The old guy Season 25 continues, it seems the new lead is happy with his experience.
“You’re going to see authenticity, you’ll see someone who’s real,” James told The Hollywood Reporter about his trip. “And I’m very happy now.”
