The Green Bay Packers will not return their backup Sunday night against the Tennessee Titans, but the offensive line will deliver an important starter in Week 16.
Defender Jamaal Williams is inactive with a four-wheel injury, while center Corey Linsley is back and active after missing three games with a knee injury.
Williams was listed as doubtful after injuring his four against the Carolina Panthers last week. Rookie AJ Dillon will be the No. 2 full-back, and the Packers have also removed Dexter Williams from the training group.
Linsley’s return should enable Pro Bowler Elgton Jenkins to move back to left-back. The Packers can wait between Lucas Patrick, Billy Turner and Rick Wagner for the right wait and right tackles. Linsley missed out on victories over the Philadelphia Eagles, Detroit Lions and Panthers after injuring his knee against the Chicago Bears on Nov. 29.
Safety Will Redmond (concussion) and tighthead Jace Sternberger (concussion) are both inactive. The healthy scratches are fullback Jordan Love, defensive line Anthony Rush, guard Simon Stepaniak and linebacker Jonathan Garvin.
While Rush is inactive, the Packers took veteran Brian Price out of the training group and provided extra depth along the defensive line.
