María del Carmen Santana Fernández de Cabrera, is a lawyer born in Mao, Valverde, the 2nd of January 1966. Egresada de la Pontificia Universidad Cato´lica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM)) in 1990.
Among his studies, he also holds a postgraduate degree in Employment Law and Social Security and a Master’s degree in Constitutional Law and Public Liberties.
Named after the second of the Penal Court of the Court of Appeal of Santiago, October 3, 2016.
Estada Casada con sen senor Wilfredo Cabrera López, con quien ha procreado dos hijas, Mariela y Marimar Cabrera Santana.
Santana Fernández was chosen as the judge of the Constitutional Court, along with three other judges who were evaluated by the National Council of Magistrates.
