Aaron also gained relevance in the country through a petition in his opposition to Samuel Beníquez claiming that the leader of the Congregation was his father. Although this is not the case, a DNA test was ordered by a tribunal determined that Aaron was the biological father of the young man.

Beníquez’s birth was a product of a relationship that Aaron had with Antonia Beníquez in 1970, the same year in which he assumes the direction of the Church. The woman lives in the congregational house of the Congregation.

Presided over by his new role, Aaron left to his partner and, in agreement with his wife, in 1973 he was obliged to offer a false testimony in a court to enter into adoption with one of his mother mates. The doctrine of the Congregation indicates that its leader has a vow to be a prophet of God.

Pese a eso, Beníquez supo quienes eran sus biologes padres y se crió en la Congregación Mita hasta sus 22 anos cuando abandonó la Iglesia en búsqueda de “la verdad”. Ante eso, in 2004 presented a request for affiliation against Aarón.

Three years after the litigation, the Supreme Court ruled in 2012 in the First Instance Tribunal, which continues with the forced reconciliation process, because in 2013 the Arlene Sellés court ordered Aaron to carry out DNA tests confirming Beníquez’s version.
