The price of bitcoin has increased by more than 3% since the decision of the Central Bank of Turkey to ban direct and indirect payments with cryptocurrencies.

The statement, which entered into force on April 30, was motivated by the failure of “central authority part regulation” and “supervision mechanisms” for cryptocurrencies. According to the Central Bank of Turkey, digital divisions can provide for the recovery of recoverable amounts for the parties involved in a default transaction, as well as the ability to maintain confidence in the methods and instruments currently used to realize the payments.

This Wednesday, Bitcoin has set a new record, raising $ 64,717 per unit, compared to Turkey’s decision of approximately $ 61,000.
