What is the white mozote?
White Mozote o Bidens pilosa is a plant belonging to the family of the Asteraceae, which is between 30 and 60 cm high. For the most part, crab in barbechos and on the mountain in tropical and subtropical regions.
Its area of origin includes California, in the United States, Central America. In Mexico, this is where the national territory is located.

Gastronomic
The white mozote is used in Mexico as a food; if consumed in their numbers and hojas tiernas as quelites. Hecho, in the Puebla Sierra, in Tuxtla and in Zapotitlán is an ingredient employed to prepare a very soft soup with water and salt water. Medicine
This plant is widely used around the world with medicinal fines. For example, it is employed in China, Central America and Uganda to treat the resfriados. In Cameroon it is used to cure the cabeza pain.

Inside the scientific studies that were carried out, with respect to Bidens Pilosa, it was found that powder could have a potential in the treatment of some diseases such as the following:
Cancer
Accordance with investigations carried out in ratios and form in vitro, the white moose has a flavonoid, known as luteolina, que is able to decrease the proliferation of tumor cells.
Inflammatory Nurses
All indications are that this plant contains anti-inflammatory photochemicals (phenolic and polynomial) that can control the inflammation that may cause the development of arthritis.
The investigation was carried out in ratios, but it is proven that this plant can suppress the immune response and eliminate the inflammation.
Dyslipidemia
According to Karla Mariela Hernández Sánchez, researcher at the National Institute of Political Science (IPN) in Mexico, the white moose is capable of Reduce cholesterol levels and triglycerides, in addition to increasing high density lipoproteins or “good cholesterol”.

Bacterial infections
