Wendy Williams revealed that at one point in the nineties, she paired ‘back in the coke days’ with the Wu rapper Method Man during an interview with DJ Suss One that aired on Thursday.
The topic came up semi-organically while Williams, 56, discussed her cocaine issues in the past, when she said: ‘I smoked a dull smoke with [Method Man] while I bathed him, it was a one-night stand. ‘(Williams repeatedly confuses Method Man and Redman, referring to Method Man as’ the leader of the largest group in the world’, which is unlikely to fit well with Wu-Tang mastermind RZA.)
“He will deny it – maybe not,” she added.
“It was not in the movie,” DJ Suss One intervened, referring to Williams’ upcoming Lifetime biography, which spurred her recent press tour.
Williams said the incident was left out of the film because Method Man – born Clifford Smith, 49 – apparently is still very angry with me over the incident.
Williams said she was at a club where the Clan was partying, and Method Man approached her after she had been on her program before. “I had weeds, but he got better,” she added.
‘I think I slapped my eyes and shrugged my shoulders and said,’ Do you want to get over it? “and he said ‘Yeah,'” Williams explained in the clip, which made the couple’s names tweet on Thursday night. The two were able to leave the club without anyone noticing, and were restored to the penthouse in Jersey ‘Jersey City,’ where she bathed him in her jacuzzi and smoked more weeds. ‘
“It was back in the coke days,” she said, adding, “I can not remember what he did, and I’m not going to involve him in it.”
