Cheyenne Floyd start the new year with a bang.
On Friday 1 January, the Teen Ma OG star went to social media and shared a big update about her second pregnancy. With the help of her loved ones, Cheyenne was ready to reveal the gender of her baby. Drumroll, please! The MTV star and boyfriend Zach Davis expect a baby boy!
“I may still be shocked because I have a son,” the TV personality shared on Instagram along with a video. “Happiness is an understatement to try to explain how we feel. My family and I are delighted !! Ryder wanted a baby brother, and swears she knows it all the time. I know she’s going to be a wonderful big sister. Mom and Dad love you and can not wait to meet you. ‘
The big announcement comes less than three weeks after Cheyenne confirmed she was pregnant with her second child. She is already the proud mother of daughter Ryder (3) with ex Cory Wharton.
“We are extremely blessed and honored that this little one chose us as parents,” Cheyenne wrote on Instagram when he first confirmed the news. “We prayed for this moment and wanted to hold on as long as possible. Over the past few months, life has changed in the best ways. Ryder is so excited to be a big sister again and is already super protective over my bump.”
Gender celebrities revealed
“Zach, you were nothing but supportive and there is every step of the way,” the 26-year-old founder of Rage Regardless of Ride continued. “When I think about how young we were when we first met and how far we got, I could not be more proud of us today. My heart is so full. Let the next adventure begin.”
Cheyenne and Zach dated in 2018 before saying they would end their relationship. The couple later confirmed their reconciliation in October 2020.
The upcoming season of Teen Ma OG, which airs on MTV on January 26, features the love story of Zach and Cheyenne and their journey to parenthood. In addition, cameras will roll as Cory finds out that his ex is expecting again.
“Ryder, you’re becoming a BIG sister AGAIN !!!!” he wrote further Twitter. “This time, though, it’s not Daddy giving you that brother or sister :)”
As fans know, Cheynne and Cory stayed friendly and focused on being the best parents for Ryder.
“It’s definitely one big, weird, mixed, dysfunctional family,” Cheyenne told E! News. “I will take over our situation every day if we hate each other. It may be strange to some people, but it works for us.”
Moreover, this mother has no room for negativity as she begins a new chapter of her life in 2021. “I’ve always imagined this moment, but now it’s here and it’s happening,” Cheyenne reflected. “God is good!”
