The Pokémon Company teased us some great news on Thursday, with a live program scheduled for Friday at 07:00 PT (10:00 ET / 15:00 GMT / 01:00 Saturday AEST). It comes a day before the 25th anniversary of the original release of Pokemon Red and Green in Japan, which is marked with a virtual Post Malone concert.
Friday’s live stream will last about 20 minutes, the company said in a release, and it will be embedded here for your convenience.
It is unclear what the event will include. Let’s hope for a new Nintendo Switch game since Sword and Shield Extensions is out. New Pokémon Snap thanks to Switch on April 30, and it’s been almost two years since we heard anything about the mysterious Pokémon Sleep.
