Patton Oswalt Heckles ‘Poor Sap’ Scott Baio for searching for his own name on Twitter
Scott Baio’s attempt to beef up with Patton Oswalt on Friday backfired after the comedian remarked that the ‘Happy Days’ actor was responding to a tweet in which he was mentioned but not tagged. ‘O YIKES. I did not even make this guy ‘@’. Weak juice seeks its name on Twitter. No one dipped on him, it’s really depressing. BUGSY MALONE is still a great movie, right? ‘Oswalt wrote, referring to a film in which Baio starred when he was just 16 years old. Baio, who is an ardent and very outspoken Trump supporter, responded to a tweet from Oswalt, which is definitely not, in which he joked about the trip to Washington, DC March 4 to attend that QAnon and conspiracy theorists believe Donald Trump’s inauguration and his return to power is Thursday. Such a thing did not happen, of course, and Oswalt quickly pointed out the humor in the situation, while also holding it to Baio. Help me, this Minuteman costume is very itchy … ‘The comedian did not even notice the “Joanie Loves Chachi” star in his original tweet, but Baio found it anyway, presumably because he spent a lot of time on it to look up his name and see if people are talking about him on social media. When he found Oswalt’s tweet, he did not take it kindly and replied: ‘Poor Oswalt needs 2 prescriptions. One for his TDS and one for his STD itching, which refers to ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome’. But Oswalt was not the only one who found humor in Baio’s need to find out what people were saying about him, and so many also looked at the exchange. “Scott Baio trying to dip on Patton Oswalt is like I try to dip on Michael Jordan,” the Palmer Report said. Apparently Scott Baio is on the go because he searches his own name on Twitter and people insult him on QTs.
