Warzone is accused of paying-to-win with proof

Call of Duty: Warzone is accused by PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC players of being pay-to-win, and the accusations are reinforced with evidence. In the middle of the claim it is popular COD YouTuber, JGOD, who says there is Black Ops Cold War weapon blueprints that are substantially better than their base versions. In other words, by acquiring the aforementioned blueprints, players can gain the upper hand over players without striking out.

In the past, Activision and co. suggested that blueprints offer no game advantage, but this claim is now being disputed. JGOD calls the Gallantry MAC-10, which according to him is not only better, but much better than the base version of the rifle. Of course, this would not be a problem if the blueprint for it was not locked behind the game’s Battle Pass, or more specifically Tier 95 of the Battle Pass. In other words: you not only have to buy the Battle Pass to get this Blueprint, but then you also have to grind to get it.

According to JGOD, the blueprint improves the gun’s damage, hip firing speed and recoil. Meanwhile, one of the recent patches of the game that exacerbated the MAC-10’s head damage from 40 to 30 did not make the same adjustment to the Gallantry MAC-10.

Of course, take everything here with a grain of salt. However, as you can see in the video above, JGOD is an excellent case, and it is the case that many players have reverberated on social media, game forums and more.

At the time of publication, Activision and co. did not refute the video above or comment on the allegations it makes in any capacity, and it is highly unlikely that it will change. If so, we’ll be sure to update the story accordingly.

Although the waters are now muddy or not War zone pay-to-win, there is no doubt that the DMR-14 has been too OP for weeks now. That said, it’s nerf again.
