Our executives, including Walter Hamada, cooperated fully, no evidence was found of any interference, and Warner Bros. did not lie in the press. It’s time to dump her and move on. ”
Misconduct investigator Katherine B. Forrest also released a statement. ‘I am disappointed with sustained public statements that indicate that Walter Hamada is interfering in some way with the Justice League investigation. He did not. I have conducted extensive interviews with him on more than one occasion and specifically questioned him about his very limited interaction with Mr. Fisher, ”said Forrest. “I have Mr. Hamada found credible and forthcoming. In response to the statements of WarnerMedia and Forrest, Fisher tweeted: ‘As I said from the beginning: Walter Hamada TRIES to interfere with the JL investigation. He does not succeed because I did not allow him. To have the investigator declare that there is no interference is intentionally misleading and desperate. Fisher has previously spoken out against Hamada and tweeted in December last year: “Walter Hamada is the most dangerous kind of enabler,” and he promises never to “participate in any production associated with him.” Following Charisma Carpenter’s allegations of emotional abuse by Joss Whedon earlier this month, Fisher tweeted: “What makes Walter Hamada ‘the most dangerous kind’ is his willingness to blindly cover his colleagues. Should he succeed in defeating the Justice League “We would not be here. He owes an apology to Charisma Carpenter and every other participant.”
