Walmart offers COVID-19 vaccine on these NJ sites

NEW JERSEY – Walmart and Sam’s Club branches in New Jersey give Modern COVID-19 vaccines to people 65 and older, officials announced Thursday.

Residents can make their appointments by calling the New Jersey Senior Hotline at 856-249-7007.

Here are the sites that offer the vaccine:

  • 1025 Black Horse Pike, Pleasantville
  • 2521 Route 130 S, Cinnaminson
  • 300 Park Place, Secaucus
  • 320 W Main St, Freehold
  • 2000 Clements Bridge, Deptford
  • 2000 Clements Bridge Rd Ste 116, Deptford

Walmart says the vaccine is available to priority groups designated by the state.

Walmart officials outlined their plan in a blog post, saying that when they reach capacity, they expect to be able to administer 10 to 13 million doses per month.

“With 150 million people going through our doors every week, we are in a unique position to reach people where they are already shopping,” said Dr. Cheryl Pegus, executive vice president of health and wellness, said in the post.

“We are also a federal pharmacy partner and can accept federal dose allocations in all of our Walmart and Sam’s Pharmacy pharmacies.”
