A Russian student who has been described by the media as “secret daughter” of President Vladimir Putin says she loves the “spotlight” after being named his adopted love child.
Luiza Rozova, also known as Elizaveta Krivonogikh, discussed her newfound status on the social media platform Clubhouse.
BBC journalist Andrey Zakharov, who broke the story of the 17-year-old for the Russian newspaper Proekt.Media, asked if she was Putin’s daughter, but according to The Sun, she ignored the question.
“Did I cause you a bad trauma through my investigation?” Zakharov then asked the teenager.
‘Oh no, not at all. My life has been so stagnant, I’m so grateful for the chance to be in the spotlight, that people have heard of my account, ” Rozova replied, referring to her Instagram account, which gained 96,400 followers after reports that she Putin’s daughter showed up.
“I do not try and never have to popularize myself,” the teenager said. ‘I do feel very good indeed, do not worry about me. My life goes on, and all is well. ”
According to Rozova’s mother, Svetlana Krivonogikh, 45, she was Putin’s lover in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Krivonogikh did not address the claims.
After breaking the news about the alleged love child, Putin’s spokesman said the allegations were not very convincing, The Sun reported.
