Dramatic video from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation captured a pickup truck that fell 70 feet from a driveway and landed on its wheels in Milwaukee over the weekend.
The Sheriff’s Office in Milwaukee County said delegates responded to a single crash east of Interstate 41 on the Zoo Interchange ramp shortly before 10 a.m. Saturday. They found the red truck upright in the right lane of western I-94, the sheriff said.
In a preliminary investigation, it was found that the driver lost control of the vehicle while driving against a snow bank and sliding over the slope wall.
The driver was taken to a hospital but showed no signs of deterioration and had no serious injuries, the sheriff said.
The western I-94 lanes and the Zoo Interchange ramp were closed for hours while authorities cleared the scene.
