(CNN Español) – The Vice President of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, calls the joint military exercises that will lead the United States with Guyana as an aggression. He points out that “there is a huge body of United States costs at Guyana’s expense” and that there have been many attempts at the development of their properties in order not to be carried out in Venezuela’s jurisdictions.
