Vanessa Morgan is officially a mom!
The Riverdale star welcomed her and estranged husband Michael Kopechse son, E! News can confirm. A source tells E! News exclusively: “Vanessa had the baby, and Michael is with her too. They are both excited.”
At the moment, the former couple keeps details of their little one to themselves, such as the name of their baby boy. It is also unclear when exactly the 28-year-old star gave birth.
Prior to the arrival of her son, the then expectant mother said she was officially starting maternity leave, even though she had been in her pregnancy for almost nine months. “I feel grateful to my showrunner and producers that they were so pregnant and wrote my pregnancy in the show!” she shared on Instagram. “I’m also proud of my body because I could still work almost 9 months before work. Now time to have a baby! Lol”
In another post, the actress teased a scene in which she dances with snakes. She joked: “haha can not wait to show my lil guy what his mother did 8 weeks before his birth.”
