Vanessa Bryant the wind did not all have nice things about her deceased husband, Kobe, with his death … including Evan Rachel Wood, who described him as a “rapist”.
Kobe’s widow tears ERW and others for comments they made shortly after his comments about Kobe passing in January 2020 Many of them raised the issue of sexual assault in 2003 … and argued that his legacy was accused by the allegations and blamed him outright.
For the record, the criminal charges he is facing were dismissed after the accused refused to testify. She later sued him over it, and both sides reached a settlement.

Of course, Kobe was never convicted … and is found not guilty in the eyes of the law – that’s exactly what Vanessa ERW pointed out in a sharp way more than a year later.
She writes … “Your fake, insensitive, defamatory and defamatory tweet on 26/2/20 is bad and at least disturbing? Behavior like this is part of the reason why innocent black men go to jail for crimes they did not commit did not commit. An accusation does not make someone guilty. “
VB adds: “YOU DON’T KNOW THE FACTS OF THE CASE.” She had a similar message for filmmaker Abigail Disney, which Kobe also did not call a rapist too long after his death.
I have not said anything about Kobe so far because I felt it would take a while before I weighed in. But yes, it’s time for the sledgehammer to come out. The man was a rapist. Deal with it. https://t.co/9jfZHSqnnQ

Abigail still has her 2020 tweet – related to a WaPo educator discussing Kobe’s criminal case. Evan’s Twitter account has apparently been deactivated. However, she still has an IG account where she was set out her accusations against Marilyn Manson.
None of the women responded to Vanessa’s criticism.
