Riverside County has made more appointments available to residents who can get the coronavirus vaccine.

From January 19 to January 22, the province made more than 11,000 additional appointments available in all RUHS public health clinics. You can register at ruhealth.org/covid-19- vaccination.
Elderly people who need help registering can call 2-1-1. The province has announced that it has improved these phone lines to help as many residents as they can.
In Riverside County, people 65 and older can get their coronavirus vaccine, along with adults of all ages if they work in education, law enforcement, food and agriculture and emergency services.
The group forms phase 1B in the country’s vaccine distribution framework. People in all levels of phase 1A can also be vaccinated.

- For employees in Phase 1A and 1B – Level 1, need an appointment and employee ID badge / letter of place of employment, otherwise you will not be vaccinated
- For 65 years and older, an appointment and ID are required.

Problems planning a COVID vaccine in Riverside County? Here’s what to know
The clinics offer free vaccinations, but you must register before arrival, make an appointment and show proof of eligibility (license plate, business identification, employer proof letter). Information on medical insurance will be requested.
The country partnered with local Albertsons and Ralphs to spread the vaccine. However, a representative for Albertsons told News Channel 3 the grocery store no longer makes appointments for vaccinations at their stores in Riverside County because it was fully booked until the end of January.
