Utah reports another 200 COVID-19 cases, nearly 1.9 million vaccines, two additional deaths

The Utah Department of Health’s COVID-19 report for Monday shows an increase of 200 cases – bringing the state’s total to 392,957 – and two more deaths.

To date, 1,898,857 doses of COVID-19 vaccinations have been administered in the state and 4,480,612 tests have been delivered.

Utah’s average of seven days is 382 per day. The state’s average 7 days for percentage positivity of ‘people above people’ is 6.9%. The 7-day moving average for percentage positivity of ‘tests above tests’ is 3.5%.

138 people in Utah are currently hospitalized with COVID-19.

2166 people in Utah died from COVID-19. The two deaths reported on Monday are:

  • Male, aged 45-64 years, resident of Weber County, hospitalized
  • Female, between the ages of 45-64, resident of Weber County, resident for long-term care
