United States criminal charges and imposing economic sanctions on Mexico Audias Flores Silva, alias “Jardinero‘, a foreign identity como and a smaller regional area of Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG), notified the local authorities of the miércoles.
It also announced a compensation of up to 5 million dollars for any information that leads to his arrest or conviction.
The Department of Justice declassified on March the accusation made against the “Gardener” of numerous vehicles trapped in drug and arms traffic.
Additionally, this is a sign that leads to a CJNG-wide territory on the Pacific coast of Mexico, including the state of Nayarit.
In addition, the Office of External Activist Control (OFAC) of the Department of Treasury blocks all the properties and economic interests of Flores Silva in the United States, following the designation of drugs for drug addicts.
“This is the accusation and the sanctions of the Department of Treasury that the Department of Justice, together with our societies charged with having to comply with the law, will aggressively investigate and prosecute violently the violations of the law.” Interino, Nicholas L. The text is considered CJNG a “violent Mexican criminal organization responsible for trafficking important fentanyl cantides and other mortal drugs in the United States”.
Flora Silva’s sanction is OFAC’s 14th action against the CJNG, which was launched in 2015 – along with its leader, Rubén “Mencho” Oseguera Cervantes– to play an important role in the international traffic of stupefiants.
Currently, the State Department is offering a compensation of up to 10 million dollars for information leading to the arrest of Oseguera Cervantes.
