UK physical map data is now available for the week ending January 16, revealing that Animal Crossing: New Horizons is still pretty much at the top of the stack.
The game is now enjoying its third consecutive week at number one in the UK, as Switch owners across the country are stepping in for the first time. It has remained on the official rankings since its launch in March last year, and looks more likely to remain in a chart position for the rest of its debut year.
However, Animal Crossing is not the only success for Nintendo this week; Mario Kart 8 Deluxe remains in second place for a second week, and six of the top ten are Switch exclusive. Even Just Dance 2021, one of the few titles not exclusive to Nintendo’s platform, still sold the best on Switch this week.
