Arna Kimiai, 24, is in custody after handing him over to San Francisco authorities, police said. Kimiai is the maskless woman who was allegedly seen cough in the direction of the Uber driver, reads reports. San Francisco police Tracy McCray said she hoped Kimiai would surrender herself immediately.
