Two men have been arrested in connection with the attempted robbery that killed the famous San Francisco private investigator, Jack Palladino, – and Palladino himself helped make the breakthrough in the case, police and family said .
Authorities on Sunday identified the suspects in the January 28 attack as 24-year-old Lawrence Thomas of Pittsburg and Tyjone Flournoy, 23, of San Francisco.
They were both arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery, kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy, false imprisonment and abuse of older men, as well as an indictment for allegedly causing grievous bodily harm to Palladino, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.
Police made the arrest in the case after photos were found from Palladino’s camera trying to steal the suspects.
Palladino, who worked on high-profile cases, including the Jonestown celebrities for celebrities and political scandals involving clients such as former president Bill Clinton and Harvey Weinstein, grabbed his camera and stepped outside the house he shares with his wife to take photos. just before the violence.
“He went out to take pictures of people who had done evil in the area,” Palladino’s wife and co-detective Sandra Sutherland told the newspaper.

Sutherland said she did not know what the photos of her husband showed, but police “found evidence that it was very helpful in apprehending these two people.”
Although Palladino remained unconscious, she provided him with the good news.

Prior to the attack, Palladino was busy with one final case before joining his wife, Chapman said.
Since the 1980s, Palladino and his wife have been investigating their Victorian home in Haight-Ashbury.
Their well-known clients included Don Johnson, Kevin Costner, Robin Williams, Huey Newton and Snoop Dogg.
Palladino was hired by Clinton during his 1992 campaign to discredit women who claim extramarital affairs with him. Courtney Love once hired Palladino to speak to journalists to investigate whether she played a role in the death of her husband, rock star Kurt Cobain, in 1994.
His career began before graduating from the University of California, Berkeley’s law school, when Patty Hearst’s family hired him to investigate her 1974 abduction by the Symbionese Liberation Party.
