Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R.-Ga., had her Twitter account frozen on Sunday after committing ‘multiple offenses’ on the social media platform.
Reuters reported that Greene struggled back and forth with an official in Georgia.
A Twitter spokesman told Fox News that Greene’s account was “temporarily excluded due to multiple violations of our civil integrity policies.” Greene’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News.
The move to exclude Greene from her account comes at a time when Twitter has launched a new investigation into alleged censorship of conservatives.
Right-wing guerrilla newspaper Project Veritas last Thursday released a clip given to them by a suspected Twitter “insider whistleblower” who secretly recorded remarks from CEO Jack Dorsey to staff.

“We know we’re focused on one account right now, but it’s going to be a lot bigger than just one account, and it’s going to last a lot longer than just this day, this week and the next few weeks, and go beyond the inauguration.” said Dorsey.
Many conservatives saw this remark as a sign of what was to come.
Greene announced last week that she would file indictments against President-elect Joe Biden a day after the inauguration.
She said her motivation was to stand up for the 75 million Americans who are ‘fed up with the deed’ in government.
