The Twin Cities are set to introduce another round of snow this weekend, though it probably won’t be as much as it was last Saturday.
The National Weather Service currently linked the Twin Cities subway to 1-2 cents of snow, with 2-3 inches in the southern parts of the state.

But bring me the news meteorologist Sven Sundgaard has the Twin Cities more, by 2-3 inches possible, with up to 4 inches landing in the south of the state.
If this is the case, you can expect the southern suburbs to have the best chance of snow of 3 centimeters.
What’s more, Sven says that next week will also be interesting, with the possibility of a ‘big storm’ as the week progresses, which will be followed by a ‘real cold’ after an exceptionally mild winter.
Back this weekend, NWS drivers say they can expect a slight accumulation of ice from Friday to Saturday morning, which will turn to snow in the afternoon.
“Smooth roads and surfaces are likely tonight and tomorrow,” it adds.
