Trump has lost numerous court challenges, and his own Department of Justice disputes the idea that there was widespread fraud in the election. However, the former president on Tuesday dismissed the courts for refusing to cast Democratic votes in states that changed their election laws to extend access to votes.
‘The Democrats use COVID to do things they can not believe they are getting away with, that they are not approving their legislators, and our courts and the Supreme Court did not have the courage to reverse elections that had to be overthrown. “Because you’re talking about decisive amounts, hundreds of thousands and even millions of votes,” Trump said.
The former president singled out the Supreme Court, which refused to hear several of Trump’s challenges because his campaign had no position.
Trump appointed three Supreme Court justices in his four years in office, giving the Supreme Court a 6-3 balance in favor of conservatives.
