The former president is expected to make the remarks during his keynote address at the Republican National Committee (RNC) Donors Summit in Florida, according to a draft copy of his speech obtained by several news agencies.

The closed-door event took place mostly at the Four Seasons Resort in Palm Beach. However, according to a CNN report, guests were transported to Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort to hear him speak.

“We are meeting tonight to talk about the future of the Republican Party – and what we need to do to put our candidates on a path to victory,” Trump is expected to say according to the remarks made by The Associated Press.

“I am confident tonight that we will take back the House in 2022 and reclaim the Senate – and then in 2024 a Republican candidate will win the White House.”

Trump is also expected to aim for President BidenJoe BidenBiden taps the safety leader in the workplace in California as head of OSHA Romney, which explodes the end of the filibuster.and complained about his 2020 election tender for failing to address Congress within the first few weeks in office.

“With an unpopular agenda, it is no wonder that Joe Biden is the first new president in modern times not to address a joint congressional session within his first few weeks,” Trump’s CNN speech read.

Trump is also expected to tell donors that the Republican Party will be able to use immigration and the Biden administration’s handling of the case to win back the House, Senate and White House.

“Illegal border crossings are now higher than at any point since 2006,” Fox News reportedly read Trump’s prepared remarks. “On this issue alone we can win the House, the Senate and the White House.”

Trump announced his hard-line immigration policy during his presidency, including during his 2020 campaign.

The Biden government has drawn criticism from Democrats and Republicans who disagree with the handling of the matter. The U.S.-Mexico border has seen an increase in underage minors since Biden took office, causing a backlog in migrant processing amid the coronavirus pandemic.

March figures released by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) show that more than 172,000 migrants were encountered at the border by U.S. authorities last month. The figure is a 71 percent increase over February statistics, the highest increase since 2006.

The opportunity comes as the party struggles with Trump’s role in the GOP after a turbulent last few months in office.

It is unclear at this time whether Trump will run for the White House again in 2024.

Trump has already issued a handful of endorsements for 2022, most recently endorsed Sen. Marcio Rubio (R-Fla.), his former primary opponent for re-election on Friday.
