Trey Songz arrested during Kansas City Chiefs game after physical altercation with police: report

Trey Songz was arrested after a physical altercation with law enforcement at a game in Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday.

TMZ shared a video of the incident showing the “Bottoms Up” singer in a fight with a police officer on the grounds of Arrowhead Stadium, where he saw the Chiefs playing against the Buffalo Bills.

According to the video obtained by TMZ, Songz, whose real name is Tremaine Aldon Neverson, strikes a blow on the officer’s head and then gets him in a head guard while the officer tries to wrestle the singer’s hands behind his back. Eventually backup arrives and Songz is handcuffed and taken from the scene.

Although the video surfaced after the altercation began, TMZ reports that the situation began when Songz was struggling a few rows behind him. The argument led to the officer being overtaken where a witness claimed to have pursued the musician without any warning. Songz was reportedly caught off guard when the officer became physically ill and started fighting back.
