Trevor Noah, 36, and his girlfriend Minka Kelly, 40, are making “plans for a future together” after buying a $ 27.5 million Bel-Air mansion for the two of them in December.

They added that the couple, who want to keep a low profile, ‘are still really happy and in love’ and ‘in a very stable relationship’.

“They’ve been spending time between coasts for the past year and looking for a place in LA as a couple.”

Noah spends much of his time in New York City, where he hosts The Daily Show after taking over for Jon Stewart in 2015.

In 2017, he bought an apartment in the city for $ 10 million.

A source told People earlier in August that Noah and Kelly were “very serious” and “very happy” about their relationship.

It was only in September that they were first spotted with them, when they were seen arriving at his New York City apartment and carrying some of her luggage.

So far, the comedian and the actress have not confirmed their romance.

Kelly was previously linked to Grey’s Anatomy star Jesse Williams, but the relationship erupted in January 2018 amid his troubled divorce from his ex-wife Aryn Drake-Lee.

Noah was last in a relationship with singer Jordyn Taylor in 2017, although it is unclear when the two divorced.

The Los Angeles Times reported that the comedian’s new home purchase comes just months after he sold his former mansion, also in Bel-Air, for $ 21.7 million.

The new home for him and Kelly has a striking, boxy white design with spacious windows for lots of natural light and was originally designed and built by Rios himself.

In 2017, he spoke to Architectural Digest about the Japanese design of the mansion.

Unlike the shiny white exterior, the house contains ‘heavy, dark wood’ inspired by rooms visited by Rios in Japan.

Privacy was the biggest concern for the house, with walls 18 inches thick to dull noise from outside.

The house looks like it’s a series of white containers seen from the front, but it’s more elaborate if you look from behind.

The floor has several sliding doors that open to the outside and sloping backyard.

There is also a large roof terrace on which the upper floors open to guests.

Party goers can easily move from the terrace to the showroom on the roof for more entertainment.

The rooftop area also has a luxury infinity pool to cool off on a hot day.

In contrast to the predominant hardwood design, the bedrooms are carpeted and have views of the surroundings.

The bathrooms are decorated with marble and some have access to the roof area.

In his memoir of 2016 Born A Crime, the comedian begins about his early years in South Africa, where the relationship between his black mother and his white father was illegal until the relationship between the races was decriminalized a year after his birth.
