Travis ScottA flash mob event in the streets of West Hollywood could cost him, as city officials take a closer look to see if he violates the pandemic regulations.
LA is Dept. or Public Works tells TMZ … that the city did not issue a permit for Travis’ pop-up event on Tuesday in WeHo, as we are told that the city has been frustrated lately about handing it out due to COVID- 19 – – especially for non-essential events like this.

In light of this, we are informed that Public Works intends to consult with the city attorney’s office about possible steps they want to take – including potential fines. Public Works did notice us that although they issue quotes for transgressions … in this case it was not certain that it would be done.
As we reported … Travis dozens of bodies collected at a kiosk, which he decorated with his Cactus Jack signs – all as a way to announce the 1st issue of his “Utopia issue” of iD Magazine. Limited expenses were distributed among the masses.

You will remember … Travis got the thing something very similar not too long ago in the SoCal city of Downey, which ended up costing a few hundred dollars – and McDonald’s cover the tab for him.
This is not to say that LA will do the same – the city council has dared to combat the government’s notable COVID violation. Members recently voted to get the police to act and that the city attorney can impose stricter penalties for those who dispute security measures.
