TRACKING: Another chance for snow

Tonight: The sky is mostly cloudy with a few cloudbursts. It’s a colder night because in the morning the temperature drops in single digits. The wind is light from the northwest.

Thursday: Enough sunshine is expected, so do not forget your sunglasses. Temperatures warm up to the low 20s with a light south wind.

Thursday evening: Clouds are increasing from the south as the next chance of snow for Friday approaches from the south. Lowest drops to almost 10 with the wind moving 5-10 km / h to the east.

Friday: It is a cloudy day with light snow spreading north during the morning. Snow continues until noon and evening. It finally diminishes by midnight, Friday night. The amounts of snow are expected to be on the light side. The best chance of snow accumulating is south of a line from Cedar Rapids to Dubuque. Little or no snow is expected approximately north of the line. The wind is blowing from the northeast at 10-15 km / h with highs near 30.
