A tourist, identified as Edison Njoku Konan, who visited the island a week ago was interviewed by “Noticentro” (Wapa) who never traveled to Puerto Rico in the form of a police intervention.
The man was detained on March 19 by agents of the San Juan Municipal Police while he was being held at the Place de Santurce. This is to violate the executive order imposed by the governor to control coronavirus cases, COVID-19.
“The police have me talking and empezaron and questioning why I do not wear the mascara, but if we are pregnant and now we have our mascara because we are all pregnant”, says the young man.
It’s just that abandoning the stage because none of the police dominate the English idiom to communicate with them.
