Chet Hanks, a son of actor Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, has been sued by his ex-girlfriend Kiana Parker for alleged assault and battery.
In a petition filed Tuesday by a court in Fort Bend, Texas, Parker claims she began dating Hanks in March 2019 and the couple began living together one year later. She alleges that three arguments that took place between the couple at the end of 2020 involved Hanks placing her ‘forcefully’ on her and threatening her.
The first incident allegedly took place on October 18, 2020 when Parker alleged that she undertook a trip to New Orleans to support Hanks’ role in Showtime’s “Your Honor” when the two had an argument about where they intended to go. was to have dinner while staying at the Windsor Court hotel.

Parker claims that Hanks ‘started assaulting her verbally’ and later in the evening ‘became aggressive and hostile’.
“While the plaintiff was lying in bed, defendant Hanks began verbally abusing and threatening her. He pushed her and threatened her with threatening bodily injury while saying, ‘[I] would not despise [him], [he] was in charge, [he] would not allow what happened to his mother and father’s relationship to happen to us[s]”and other things.”
Parker claims that Hanks then “grabbed” her with great force when she tried to leave, adding that he also “pushed her with so much force that Parker knocked tables in the room upside down”.
An attorney for Hanks did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.

In court documents, it is alleged that Hanks “threw a bottle” at Parker before grabbing and pushing her “angry”. In her statement, Parker also claims that Hanks referred to her as a “ghetto black b —-.”
Parker claims that the couple was later locked out of their room and that she did not interrogate the alleged physical encounter when she was interrogated by a security guard.
A second incident occurred on December 22, 2020 in Sugar Land, Texas.

“Accused Hanks kicked Parker’s legs and dropped her as he dragged her across the sidewalk,” court documents further claim. “Accused Hanks pulls Parker by her right arm. Parker feels her arm come out of place.”
The third incident apparently led to police arriving at the scene and Parker submitting a report before moving. On January 14, a protection order was granted against Hanks, the court documents confirm.
In her submission, Parker alleges that Hanks committed assault, battery and intentional administration of emotional distress. She is seeking financial relief of more than $ 1 million.

Parker’s court file is a few weeks after Fox News confirmed that Hanks Parker has sued in the Los Angeles High Court over theft, assault and battery as a result of the January incident. He also demands that Parker return the money she allegedly stole from him, which he says is about $ 5,800 taken from his bank account.
