Tom Brady throws Lombardi Trophy during Super Bowl parade

It was the bravest pass in Tom Brady’s career.

The 43-year-old quarterback tossed the Lombardi trophy from his yacht to someone on another boat during the Tampa Buccaneers boat parade on the Hillsborough River Wednesday to celebrate their Super Bowl 2021 victory.

Brady told reporters he was enjoying the “amazing” celebration, his seventh after winning six rings with the Patriots, who see the river full of boats.

“Is there anyone working today? Not at all, ” Brady said.

Brady didn’t just ride his yacht to a Super Bowl parade. He also received police escort while authorities kept his vessel safe during the celebration – instead of a traditional parade due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Brady’s boat is 40 meters long and gets the name ‘Viva a Vida’, the name of his supermodel wife Gisele’s environmental conservation initiative. According to TMZ, it cost several million dollars.
